Author's biography

Eva Bach Cobacho (Manresa, 1963) has a degree in Education Sciences. She has worked as a teacher and is currently training teachers, parents and businesses. She is a professor for several post graduate programs and pedagogy consultant for a diverse group of institutions.

She is a pioneer in the inclusion of emotional education and personal growth in the education and family fields in Catalonia and other regions of Spain.

She is the author of several articles and numerous books, among them Educar para amar la vida (Plataforma, 2017), La belleza de sentir (Plataforma, 2015), Adolescentes. “Qué maravilla” (Plataforma, 2008), Des-edúcate (Paidós and Edicions 62, 2005) and Sedúcete para seducir (Paidós and Edicions 62, 2003). Many of them have been in the best seller lists in Spain both in Catalan and in Spanish.

She is a mother of two children, ages 18 and 14 respectively.
