Author's biography

María Novo is a writer, poet and speaker with international recognition. She has a PhD in Philosophy and Education Science. UNESCO’s Head professor of the Open Education University. She has published 24 books, among them there are narrative, essay and treatises, translated into several languages. She has participated in more than 50 collective works. Among her more recent publications there are: Bienvenido, Juan (with illustrations of Francesco Tonucci – Editorial Graó/Círculo de Lectores), Despacio, despacio… (20 razones para ir más lentos por la vida – Editorial Obelisco), Donde no habite el miedo (in collaboration with Federico Mayor Zaragoza – Ediciones Litoral) and Conversaciones (with Joan A. Melé, Iñaki Gabilondo, Alex Rovira and Federico Mayor – Plataforma Editorial).
