AI Policy

At International Editors & Yáñez’ Co., we believe that literary creation is a human act that must be protected. We recognize that artificial intelligence can be useful for auxiliary tasks, always under human supervision, but we oppose its use to replace the creative work of authors.

We represent works created by people. Therefore, we require that the texts we represent be entirely original and not have been written, rewritten, or translated using generative artificial intelligence, nor have these systems been used to create their plots, characters, or dialogue.

Furthermore, we do not authorize the use of the works we represent to train artificial intelligence systems without the express, prior, and written consent of their authors, and we reserve the corresponding rights.

We defend authors’ right to full ownership of their works and believe that technology should serve human creativity, never replace it.
